Leigha Mumby, 25, has been found guilty of vehicular homicide and reckless driving causing serious bodily injury after a crash that killed her boyfriend, Daniel Waterman. Prosecutors stated Mumby was arguing with Waterman and driving at 94 mph when she lost control of the vehicle, causing it to crash into trees. Waterman suffered paralysis and later died from pneumonia eight months after the incident. Mumby, who learned she was pregnant with Waterman's child on the day of the verdict, faces up to 20 years in prison.
