UltraTech Cement's Q2 Profit Surges 21% To ₹1,494 Crore

UltraTech Cement reported a consolidated net profit of ₹1,493.77 crore for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, marking a 21.3% increase year-on-year. Revenue from operations also saw a significant jump of 18.8%, reaching ₹23,295.07 crore. The company attributed its strong performance to disciplined execution, cost optimisation, and a focus on premium products, despite monsoon challenges. Domestic grey-cement sales volumes grew by 13.8%, with capacity utilisation rising to 71%. UltraTech also announced its entry into the wires and cables business with the launch of Ultravolt.

अल्ट्राटेक सीमेंट ने 30 सितंबर, 2026 को समाप्त तिमाही के लिए ₹1,493.77 करोड़ का समेकित शुद्ध लाभ दर्ज किया, जो पिछले साल की तुलना में 21.3% की वृद्धि है। परिचालन से राजस्व में भी 18.8% की महत्वपूर्ण वृद्धि हुई, जो ₹23,295.07 करोड़ तक पहुंच गया। कंपनी ने मानसून की चुनौतियों के बावजूद अनुशासित निष्पादन, लागत अनुकूलन और प्रीमियम उत्पादों पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने को अपने मजबूत प्रदर्शन का श्रेय दिया। घरेलू ग्रे-सीमेंट बिक्री की मात्रा 13.8% बढ़ी, क्षमता उपयोग 71% तक बढ़ गया। अल्ट्राटेक ने Ultravolt के लॉन्च के साथ तार और केबल व्यवसाय में भी प्रवेश की घोषणा की।
