Kerala Accident Accused Suhail Sajeev Gets Driving Licence Suspension Notice

The Angamaly joint RTO has served a notice on Suhail Sajeev, the main accused in the Nedumbassery accident case, demanding an explanation for why his driving licence should not be suspended. This action follows a police recommendation to the Motor Vehicles Department (MVD) to suspend Sajeev's licence after the luxury car crash that killed three youngsters. The notice requires Sajeev to respond within 14 days. Investigations also revealed that his vehicle's silencer was modified to produce excessive noise, contributing to pollution.

अंगामली के संयुक्त आरटीओ ने नेदुम्बस्सेरी एक्सीडेंट केस के मुख्य आरोपी सुहेल सजीव को एक नोटिस भेजा है, जिसमें उनसे स्पष्टीकरण मांगा गया है कि उनका ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस क्यों न सस्पेंड किया जाए। यह कार्रवाई पुलिस की सिफारिश के बाद हुई है, जिसमें मोटर व्हीकल्स डिपार्टमेंट (MVD) से तीन युवकों की मौत का कारण बने लग्जरी कार क्रैश के बाद सजीव का लाइसेंस सस्पेंड करने को कहा गया था। नोटिस में सजीव को 14 दिनों के भीतर जवाब देने की आवश्यकता है। जांच में यह भी पता चला कि उनके वाहन के साइलेंसर को अत्यधिक शोर पैदा करने के लिए संशोधित किया गया था, जिससे प्रदूषण बढ़ रहा था।
