Supreme Court Judges To Visit NTA Office

The Supreme Court on Friday stated that temporary fixes will not prevent paper leaks in the NEET exam. Justices PS Narasimha and Alok Aradhe expressed their intention to visit the NTA office to assess its systems. They emphasized the need for institutionalizing the entire examination process with a permanent structure and staff. The Centre informed the court that a high-powered panel led by Nandan Nilekani is consulting on reforms.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने शुक्रवार को कहा कि NEET परीक्षा में पेपर लीक को रोकने के लिए अस्थायी उपाय काम नहीं आएंगे। जस्टिस पीएस नरसिम्हा और आलोक आर्दे ने NTA के दफ्तर जाकर वहां की व्यवस्थाएं देखने की इच्छा जताई। उन्होंने कहा कि पूरी परीक्षा प्रक्रिया को स्थायी ढांचे और कर्मचारियों के साथ संस्थागत बनाने की जरूरत है। केंद्र ने कोर्ट को बताया कि Nandan Nilekani की अगुवाई वाली एक उच्च-शक्ति समिति सुधारों पर सलाह दे रही है।
