Dengue cases in Panchkula district have risen to 67 as of, a significant increase from 40 cases reported two weeks prior. Residents are expressing anger over uncollected garbage, lack of house inspections, and ineffective fogging, which they believe contribute to mosquito breeding. Urban Panchkula is the most affected area with 23 cases, followed by Surajpur, Pinjore, and Kalka. The current tally exceeds the 59 cases reported during the same period last year, while malaria cases remain stable at 10.

पंचकुला जिले में डेंगू के मामले बढ़कर 67 हो गए हैं, जो दो हफ्ते पहले रिपोर्ट किए गए 40 मामलों से काफी ज्यादा है। निवासी कूड़ा न उठने, घरों का निरीक्षण न होने और प्रभावी फॉगिंग न होने से नाराज़ हैं, जिसे वे मच्छरों के पनपने का कारण मानते हैं। अर्बन पंचकुला सबसे ज़्यादा प्रभावित इलाका है जहाँ 23 मामले सामने आए हैं, इसके बाद सूरजपुर, पिंजौर और कालका का नंबर आता है। वर्तमान आंकड़े पिछले साल इसी अवधि में रिपोर्ट किए गए 59 मामलों से ज़्यादा हैं, जबकि मलेरिया के मामले 10 पर स्थिर हैं।
