Akhilesh Yadav Votes, Alleges BJP Electoral Malpractice in UP MLC Polls

Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav cast his vote for the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council election in Etawah district, accusing the BJP of widespread electoral malpractice. He alleged that the ruling party used "goons and corrupt officials" to obstruct SP supporters and engage in fraudulent voting. Yadav claimed reports indicated attempts at bogus voting and preventing SP voters from reaching polling stations. He further accused the BJP of "dismantling democracy" through vote rigging and stated the SP is prepared for the upcoming assembly polls.

समाजवादी पार्टी के मुखिया अखिलेश यादव ने इटावा जिले में उत्तर प्रदेश विधान परिषद चुनाव के लिए अपना वोट डाला और बीजेपी पर बड़े पैमाने पर चुनावी धांधली का आरोप लगाया। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि सत्तारूढ़ पार्टी ने सपा समर्थकों को रोकने और धोखाधड़ी से वोटिंग करने के लिए "गुंडों और भ्रष्ट अधिकारियों" का इस्तेमाल किया। यादव ने दावा किया कि रिपोर्टों से फर्जी वोटिंग के प्रयास और सपा मतदाताओं को मतदान केंद्रों तक पहुंचने से रोकने की कोशिशों का संकेत मिला है। उन्होंने आगे बीजेपी पर वोट की हेराफेरी करके "लोकतंत्र को खत्म" करने का आरोप लगाया और कहा कि सपा आगामी विधानसभा चुनावों के लिए तैयार है।
