Odisha Govt Regularises Junior Teachers Appointed in 2023-24 as Assistant Teachers

The Odisha government has announced the regularisation of Junior Teachers appointed during the 2023-24 recruitment cycle, officially designating them as assistant teachers in the elementary cadre. These teachers, recruited through the proper selection process, will now be placed in Level-V(A) of the elementary grade. They will receive regular salaries and other benefits retrospectively. However, their service from joining, will be considered schematic or contractual, not counting towards regular cadre seniority.

ओडिशा सरकार ने 2023-24 भर्ती चक्र के दौरान नियुक्त जूनियर शिक्षकों को नियमित करने की घोषणा की है, उन्हें आधिकारिक तौर पर एलिमेंट्री कैडर में सहायक शिक्षक के रूप में नामित किया गया है। उचित चयन प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से भर्ती हुए ये शिक्षक अब एलिमेंट्री ग्रेड के लेवल-V(A) में रखे जाएंगे। उन्हें नियमित वेतन और अन्य लाभ पूर्वव्यापी रूप से मिलेंगे। हालांकि, जॉइनिंग से उनकी सेवा को योजनाबद्ध या संविदात्मक माना जाएगा, जो नियमित कैडर वरिष्ठता में नहीं गिना जाएगा।
