Randeep Hooda Wins Best Debut Director Award

Randeep Hooda received the National Film Award for Best Debut Director for Swatantrya Veer Savarkar, a film he also directed and starred in. President Droupadi Murmu presented the award at the 72nd National Film Awards ceremony in Kevadia, Gujarat. Hooda expressed that he is and always will be an actor first, finding the recognition for his directorial debut heartening and encouraging.

रणदीप हुड्डा को बेस्ट डेब्यू डायरेक्टर का अवॉर्ड मिला

रणदीप हुड्डा को 'स्वातंत्र्य वीर सावरकर' के लिए बेस्ट डेब्यू डायरेक्टर का नेशनल फिल्म अवॉर्ड मिला। यह फिल्म उन्होंने डायरेक्ट भी की और इसमें एक्टिंग भी की। यह अवॉर्ड राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने गुजरात के केवडिया में 72वें नेशनल फिल्म अवॉर्ड्स में दिया। हुड्डा ने कहा कि वो हमेशा एक्टर ही रहेंगे, लेकिन डायरेक्टर के तौर पर यह पहचान पाकर उन्हें बहुत खुशी हुई है।
