Jio is developing an indigenous satellite communication system with plans for a constellation of approximately 1,600 low-earth-orbit satellites to connect over 600,000 villages. The company is also actively filing patents for 6G technology, aiming to contribute significantly to India's global patent goals. Furthermore, Jio is leveraging AI, including its JioBrain platform, to enhance traditional voice and data services and develop AI-native networks.
