MLA Seeks Relocation of Floating Restaurant

Hazaribag MLA Pradip Prasad has urged the administration to relocate a proposed floating restaurant and toilet facility from the city's iconic Hazaribag lake. Citing public concerns over its impact on the water body and local sentiments, Prasad highlighted that the lake is a crucial venue for Chhath Puja. He stressed that public opinion must be considered before implementing such decisions.

हज़ारीबाग के MLA प्रदीप प्रसाद ने प्रशासन से कहा है कि शहर की मशहूर हज़ारीबाग झील से प्रस्तावित फ्लोटिंग रेस्टोरेंट और टॉयलेट की सुविधा को कहीं और ले जाया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि लोगों को चिंता है कि इससे झील और स्थानीय भावनाओं पर बुरा असर पड़ेगा। प्रसाद ने बताया कि झील छठ पूजा के लिए बहुत ज़रूरी जगह है। उन्होंने ज़ोर दिया कि ऐसे फैसले लेने से पहले जनता की राय ज़रूर सुनी जानी चाहिए।
