CJP Leaders Released on Condition of No Breach of Peace for One Year

CJP leaders, Abhijeet Dipke, Ashutosh Ranka, and Saurav Das, were released by a special court in Delhi on Sunday. They had been detained a day earlier as part of preventive arrests ahead of a protest. The leaders were charged under Sections 126 and 170 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS). These sections relate to security for keeping peace and arresting individuals to prevent cognizable offenses. Their release is conditional upon maintaining peace for the next year.

दिल्ली की एक विशेष अदालत ने रविवार को CJP नेताओं अभिजीत दिपके, आशुतोष रांका और सौरभ दास को रिहा कर दिया। उन्हें एक विरोध प्रदर्शन से पहले निवारक गिरफ्तारी के तौर पर एक दिन पहले हिरासत में लिया गया था। नेताओं पर भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता (BNSS) की धारा 126 और 170 के तहत आरोप लगाए गए थे। ये धाराएं शांति बनाए रखने की सुरक्षा और संज्ञेय अपराधों को रोकने के लिए व्यक्तियों को गिरफ्तार करने से संबंधित हैं। उनकी रिहाई अगले एक साल तक शांति बनाए रखने की शर्त पर है।
