Chandigarh police have filed a chargesheet against five individuals, including two police personnel, in connection with an undertrial businessman's alleged escape attempt. Businessman Vikram Wadhwa was taken to a hotel instead of jail after a medical examination. Police allege that Wadhwa met family and discussed an escape plan at the hotel.
