He suggests Indian startups can initially build services on open-weight models before creating their own. Raghuram highlighted the growing demand for compute capacity, noting that supply is not keeping pace. Meanwhile, insurance distributors are seeking clarity from the regulator on whether proposed commission caps will apply retrospectively to existing policies and future renewals.
