SC to hear ISKCON temple control plea

The Supreme Court will consider setting up a special bench to hear a review plea concerning the ISKCON temple in Bengaluru. This comes after the apex court previously allowed ISKCON Bangalore's plea challenging a Karnataka High Court order. The high court had ruled in favour of ISKCON Mumbai regarding the control of the iconic temple and its associated educational complex.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट बेंगलुरु में ISKCON मंदिर से जुड़े एक रिव्यू पिटीशन पर सुनवाई के लिए एक स्पेशल बेंच बनाने पर विचार करेगा। यह तब हो रहा है जब सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पहले ISKCON बेंगलुरु की उस याचिका को मंज़ूरी दी थी जिसमें कर्नाटक हाई कोर्ट के एक फैसले को चुनौती दी गई थी। हाई कोर्ट ने ISKCON मुंबई के पक्ष में फैसला सुनाया था, जिसमें मंदिर और उससे जुड़े एजुकेशनल कॉम्प्लेक्स के कंट्रोल की बात थी।
