They claim Danny misused his positions as manager and trustee to enrich himself through excessive commissions and questionable financial deals. The sisters state they each received only $245,000, far less than their inheritance share. The lawsuit also questions the sale of Tony Bennett’s music catalogue and image rights shortly before his death, seeking damages and Danny’s removal as trustee.
