US Secretary Rubio Says International System Broken

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated that the world lacks a functional international system capable of addressing major conflicts. Speaking during the UN General Assembly week in New York, he noted broad agreement among world leaders that the system is failing and has grown beyond its intended role. Rubio argued that when global mechanisms fail, countries will inevitably act in their own national interests.

अमेरिकी विदेश मंत्री मार्को रुबियो ने कहा कि दुनिया में बड़े संघर्षों से निपटने के लिए कोई कारगर अंतरराष्ट्रीय व्यवस्था नहीं बची है। न्यूयॉर्क में संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा के दौरान उन्होंने कहा कि दुनिया भर के नेता मानते हैं कि यह व्यवस्था फेल हो रही है और अपने मूल उद्देश्य से बहुत आगे निकल गई है। रुबियो का मानना है कि जब वैश्विक तंत्र विफल हो जाते हैं, तो देश अपने राष्ट्रीय हितों के लिए काम करने को मजबूर हो जाते हैं।
