Illegal Construction Case Filed On Temple Land In Mangaluru

Dharmasthala police in Mangaluru have registered a case concerning alleged illegal construction on land belonging to the Southadka temple. The complaint was filed by a temple management committee office bearer against Krishna Bhat, a former temple official. Bhat is accused of building a structure on temple land without necessary permissions or valid documents. The complainant also stated that leasing the building to shopkeepers led to tenant activities disrupting public peace. This action highlights concerns over the misuse of temple properties and unauthorized development.

मंगलुरु में मंदिर की ज़मीन पर अवैध निर्माण का केस दर्ज

मंगलुरु में धर्मास्थला पुलिस ने दक्षिणदका मंदिर की ज़मीन पर कथित अवैध निर्माण को लेकर एक केस दर्ज किया है। शिकायत मंदिर प्रबंधन समिति के एक पदाधिकारी ने पूर्व मंदिर अधिकारी कृष्णा भट के खिलाफ़ दर्ज कराई है। भट पर ज़रूरी इजाज़त या वैध कागज़ात के बिना मंदिर की ज़मीन पर एक ढाँचा बनाने का आरोप है। शिकायतकर्ता ने यह भी कहा कि इमारत को दुकानदारों को पट्टे पर देने से किरायेदारों की ऐसी गतिविधियाँ हुईं जिनसे सार्वजनिक शांति भंग हुई। यह कार्रवाई मंदिर की संपत्तियों के दुरुपयोग और अनधिकृत विकास को लेकर चिंताएँ उजागर करती है।
