A woman at Jantar Mantar on Friday was seen attempting to stop a police vehicle carrying detained protesters, drawing comparisons to Rhiya Ahir's viral protest visual from Mumbai. The incident occurred during a protest against the chief election commissioner and alleged irregularities in electoral rolls. Delhi Police had stated that permission for the gathering had not been granted. The visual recalled a similar scene in July when Rhiya Ahir stood in front of a police van during a protest in Mumbai.
