Jharkhand State Schools To Adopt Gender-Sensitive SOP For Inclusive Learning

All government schools across Jharkhand are set to implement a new 'SOP. This initiative aims to foster a learning environment that is safe, equal, and free from discrimination for all students. Directives will be issued this week to school heads for the manual's distribution and implementation. The SOP, developed by JCERT with technical support from ICRW, focuses on gender-sensitive teaching, positive language, and community participation to prevent discrimination and harmful gender norms.

झारखंड के सभी सरकारी स्कूलों में एक नई 'एसओपी' लागू होने वाली है। इस पहल का मकसद सभी छात्रों के लिए एक सुरक्षित, समान और भेदभाव-मुक्त सीखने का माहौल बनाना है। इस सप्ताह स्कूल प्रमुखों को मैनुअल के वितरण और कार्यान्वयन के लिए निर्देश जारी किए जाएंगे। JCERT द्वारा ICRW के तकनीकी सहयोग से विकसित एसओपी, भेदभाव और हानिकारक लैंगिक मानदंडों को रोकने के लिए लैंगिक-संवेदनशील शिक्षण, सकारात्मक भाषा और सामुदायिक भागीदारी पर केंद्रित है।
