Two Emirati oil tankers were struck by Iranian cruise missiles in the Strait of Hormuz, resulting in the death of one Indian national and injuries to eight crew members. होरमुज़ जलडमरूमध्य में दो यूएई तेल टैंकरों पर ईरानी मिसाइलों से हमला हुआ। इस हमले में एक भारतीय नागरिक की मौत हो गई और आठ चालक दल के सदस्य घायल हो गए। यूएई ने इस घटना की कड़ी निंदा की है और कहा है कि यह अस्वीकार्य है। ईरान का कहना है कि जहाजों ने चेतावनी को नज़रअंदाज़ किया और नेविगेशन सिस्टम बंद कर दिए थे।
