Mumbai's historic Ballard Pier has unveiled a new waterfront experience centre at the Mumbai International Cruise Terminal, aiming to reconnect city residents with their harbour. Opened, the Ballard Pier Downtown Experience Centre features sea-facing restaurants, shops, and a seaside sit-out, with more attractions like live music venues and cocktail bars opening soon. Architect Rahul Mehta designed the space to reflect Mumbai's unique identity, avoiding imitation of international waterfronts.
