Embassy Developments is set to develop two new housing projects in Bengaluru, aiming for a revenue of Rs 4,500 crore. The company has launched Embassy Origins, an 85-acre residential township in North Bengaluru. The first phase includes Embassy Riverine and Embassy South Reserve, which will offer 217 villas and 855 apartments. These projects will provide over 2.6 million sq ft of saleable residential space, reflecting strong housing demand in the Bengaluru market.

एम्बेसी डेवलपमेंट्स बेंगलुरु में दो नए हाउसिंग प्रोजेक्ट्स शुरू कर रहा है, जिनसे ₹4,500 करोड़ का रेवेन्यू आने की उम्मीद है। कंपनी ने नॉर्थ बेंगलुरु में 85 एकड़ का एम्बेसी ओरिजिन्स लॉन्च किया है। इसके पहले फेज में एम्बेसी रिवेराइन और एम्बेसी साउथ रिजर्व शामिल हैं, जिनमें 217 विला और 855 अपार्टमेंट होंगे। ये प्रोजेक्ट्स 26 लाख वर्ग फुट से ज़्यादा की बिक्री योग्य जगह देंगे, जो बेंगलुरु में हाउसिंग की ज़बरदस्त मांग दिखाता है।
