Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) has proposed increasing the annual aggregate remuneration limit for its non-executive directors to ₹15 crore or 1 per cent of net profit, whichever is lower. This proposed limit would be effective for a five-year period starting April 1, 2026, and remain in place until March 31, 2031. The proposal represents a significant increase from the current annual limit of ₹4 crore. Shareholders will vote on this resolution through a postal ballot, with eligibility based on their holdings as of November 6, 2026.
