Haryana has significantly expanded its Right to Service Act, now covering 791 time-bound public services across various departments. The Haryana Right to Service Commission can impose penalties up to ₹20,000 on negligent officials and award compensation up to ₹5,000 to applicants. हरियाणा ने अपने सेवा का अधिकार अधिनियम का विस्तार किया है, जिसमें अब विभिन्न विभागों की 791 समयबद्ध सार्वजनिक सेवाओं को शामिल किया गया है। मुख्यमंत्री नायब सिंह सैनी ने बताया कि यह संख्या पहले 163 सेवाओं से बढ़कर है, जिसका उद्देश्य लालफीताशाही को कम करना और नागरिकों की पहुंच को तेज करना है। हरियाणा सेवा का अधिकार आयोग लापरवाह अधिकारियों पर ₹20,000 तक का जुर्माना लगा सकता है और आवेदकों को ₹5,000 तक का मुआवजा दे सकता है। सुधारों का लक्ष्य भूमि नियमन, निर्माण, शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य सेवा जैसे क्षेत्रों पर है, जिसमें ई-ऑफिस कार्यान्वयन और ₹20 में घर पर भोजन परीक्षण जैसी पहलें शामिल हैं।
