Zambia Law School Building Named After Vizag Professor Y Gouthama Rao

The Zambia Centre for Accountancy Studies (ZCAS) has named its new K12 million School of Law building after GITAM pro vice-chancellor Prof Y Gouthama Rao. Rao previously served as ZCAS executive director for 11 years, significantly strengthening its governance and international standing. During his tenure, students consistently achieved top global rankings in professional accountancy exams. GITAM president M Sribharat highlighted Rao's lasting impact on students and Zambia's professional community, expressing delight at the honour bestowed upon him.

जाम्बिया सेंटर फॉर अकाउंटेंसी स्टडीज (ZCAS) ने अपनी नई K12 मिलियन स्कूल ऑफ लॉ बिल्डिंग का नाम GITAM के प्रो वाइस-चांसलर प्रो वाई गौतमा राव के नाम पर रखा है। राव पहले ZCAS के कार्यकारी निदेशक के रूप में 11 साल तक सेवा दे चुके हैं, जिससे इसके शासन और अंतरराष्ट्रीय प्रतिष्ठा को काफी मजबूती मिली है। उनके कार्यकाल के दौरान, छात्रों ने पेशेवर लेखा परीक्षा परीक्षाओं में लगातार शीर्ष वैश्विक रैंकिंग हासिल की। GITAM के अध्यक्ष एम श्रीभारत ने छात्रों और जाम्बिया के पेशेवर समुदाय पर राव के स्थायी प्रभाव पर प्रकाश डाला, और उन्हें दिए गए सम्मान पर खुशी व्यक्त की।
