Raja Bhaiya Receives Death Threats on Social Media; FIR Filed

Raghuraaj Pratap Singh, also known as Raja Bhaiya and an MLA from Kunda, has been receiving death threats and abusive comments on social media for the past week. The threats were made through three different Instagram and Facebook accounts. The Bhadohi district president of his party, Jansatta Dal (Loktantrik), filed a complaint with the police. Based on the complaint and the provided evidence, an FIR has been registered against unknown individuals under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code and the IT Act.

कुंडा से विधायक रघुराज प्रताप सिंह, जिन्हें राजा भैया के नाम से भी जाना जाता है, पिछले एक हफ्ते से सोशल मीडिया पर जान से मारने की धमकी और गाली-गलौज वाली टिप्पणियां प्राप्त कर रहे हैं। ये धमकियां तीन अलग-अलग इंस्टाग्राम और फेसबुक अकाउंट के माध्यम से दी गई थीं। उनकी पार्टी, जनसत्ता दल (लोकतांत्रिक) के भदोही जिला अध्यक्ष ने पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज कराई। शिकायत और दिए गए सबूतों के आधार पर, भारतीय दंड संहिता और आईटी अधिनियम की संबंधित धाराओं के तहत अज्ञात व्यक्तियों के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज की गई है।
