Former Mukhiya's Husband Shot Dead By Bike-Borne Assailants In Bihar

Javed Iqbal alias Mohd Guddu, husband of a former mukhiya, was shot dead by unidentified assailants on Monday in Bihar's Saharsa district. The 50-year-old was returning from a wedding when he was intercepted and shot in the back. Locals rushed him to the hospital, but he succumbed to his injuries. His brother alleged a personal dispute and previous threats from a local youth named Sahil led to the attack. Police have registered an FIR against two named individuals and are conducting raids.

पूर्व मुखिया के पति जावेद इक़बाल उर्फ मोहमद गुड्डू की सोमवार को बिहार के सहरसा जिले में अज्ञात हमलावरों ने गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी। 50 वर्षीय गुड्डू एक शादी से लौट रहे थे जब उन्हें रोका गया और पीछे से गोली मार दी गई। स्थानीय लोगों ने उन्हें अस्पताल पहुंचाया, लेकिन इलाज के दौरान उनकी मौत हो गई। उनके भाई ने आरोप लगाया कि एक स्थानीय युवक साहिल से व्यक्तिगत दुश्मनी और पहले मिली धमकियों के कारण यह हमला हुआ। पुलिस ने दो नामजद लोगों के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज की है और छापेमारी कर रही है।
