Holiday Declared For Tirthahalli Schools Due To CM

Three education institutes in Tirthahalli, Karnataka, will be closed on September 19 due to Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar's visit. The CM will hold discussions on the K. Kasturirangan report on the Western Ghats with local representatives. The holiday is to ensure children's safety amidst anticipated heavy traffic. The Chief Minister, accompanied by cabinet colleagues, will also visit Balehonnur to hear public grievances on the report.

कर्नाटक के तीर्थहल्ली में तीन शिक्षण संस्थान 19 सितंबर को बंद रहेंगे। मुख्यमंत्री डी.के. शिवकुमार वहां पश्चिमी घाटों पर के. कस्तूरीरंगन रिपोर्ट पर स्थानीय लोगों से बात करेंगे। बच्चों की सुरक्षा और भारी ट्रैफिक को देखते हुए यह छुट्टी दी गई है। मुख्यमंत्री अपने मंत्रियों के साथ बालेहोनूर भी जाएंगे, जहाँ वे रिपोर्ट पर जनता की शिकायतें सुनेंगे।
