Ex-CorroHealth Staff in Keralam Launch Cooperative Venture After Job Losses

Former employees of CorroHealth, who lost their jobs when the company shut down earlier this year, are launching a new healthcare IT and medical coding cooperative venture in Keralam. Over 800 professionals were affected by the closure. Twenty-six founding members have signed up for the proposed ‘Health Care IT & Revenue Cycle Co-operative Society,’ which has applied for registration and sought government support. This initiative aims to create a sustainable alternative by applying cooperative principles to technology services, inspired by the Indian Coffee House model.

इस साल की शुरुआत में कंपनी बंद होने पर अपनी नौकरी गंवाने वाले कोरोहेल्थ के पूर्व कर्मचारी केरलम में एक नई हेल्थकेयर आईटी और मेडिकल कोडिंग सहकारी संस्था शुरू कर रहे हैं। 800 से अधिक पेशेवर इस बंद से प्रभावित हुए थे। प्रस्तावित 'हेल्थ केयर आईटी एंड रेवेन्यू साइकिल को-ऑपरेटिव सोसाइटी' के लिए छब्बीस संस्थापक सदस्यों ने साइन अप किया है, जिसने पंजीकरण के लिए आवेदन किया है और सरकारी समर्थन मांगा है। इस पहल का उद्देश्य इंडियन कॉफी हाउस मॉडल से प्रेरित होकर प्रौद्योगिकी सेवाओं पर सहकारी सिद्धांतों को लागू करके एक स्थायी विकल्प बनाना है।
