Ahead of the India-West Indies ODI in Thiruvananthapuram, authorities have ensured free drinking water and capped snack prices for spectators. Approximately 40,000 fans are expected at the Karyavattom Greenfield International Stadium. Four litres of water per person will be provided free of charge at 72 locations. The Kerala Cricket Association is responsible for water distribution. Strict action will be taken against vendors charging excessive prices for food and soft drinks, addressing past complaints of exorbitant rates and water shortages.
