HC Frames 12 Issues in BJP MLA Election

बीजेपी विधायक के चुनाव पर हाई कोर्ट ने तय किए 12 मुद्दे

ओडिशा हाई कोर्ट ने बीजेपी विधायक लक्ष्मण बाग की कांताबांजी से जीत को चुनौती देने वाली चुनाव याचिका पर सुनवाई के लिए 12 मुद्दे तय किए हैं। एक मतदाता ने बाग के नामांकन पत्रों और उनके फॉर्म-26 हलफनामे में दी गई जानकारी पर अनियमितताओं का आरोप लगाया है। अदालत यह जांच करेगी कि क्या बाग ने आवश्यक हलफनामा दिया था और क्या जानकारी पूरी और सटीक थी। आरोपों में आपराधिक मामलों और संपत्ति का खुलासा न करना भी शामिल है। अदालत यह भी तय करेगी कि क्या रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर ने नामांकन को अनुचित रूप से स्वीकार किया, जिससे चुनाव परिणाम प्रभावित हो सकता था।
