Chouhan spoke with the Chief Secretary and assured affected families that new homes would be built and temporary arrangements made. He highlighted that these families have consistently voted for the BJP, questioning the officials' motives. Following Chouhan's protest, the Sehore Divisional Forest Officer was removed and replaced.
