TCS Senior Employees to Miss Out on Bonuses Due to Missed Targets

TCS has decided not to pay bonuses to its senior employees for the September quarter. The company cited failure to meet performance targets as the reason for this decision. This marks the first time in two years that variable pay for some employees has been withheld entirely. While junior employees will receive their full salaries, senior associates in C3A grade and above, typically with 7-10 years of experience, will not receive their quarterly variable allowance.
