Two youths, aged 18 and 21, were arrested in Kakinada for allegedly hacking their 31-year-old friend to death. The incident occurred on September 1 after the victim refused to share nude photographs and videos of women stored on his cellphone. The accused intended to extort money by threatening to share the content with the women's families. Police recovered multiple cellphones, a pen drive, and a knife.
