Mindspace REIT Q2 NOI Surges 32% to ₹836 Crore Driven by Strong Leasing

Mindspace Business Parks REIT reported a significant 31.9% year-on-year increase in net operating income (NOI) to ₹836 crore for Q2 FY27. This growth was fueled by robust leasing activity, including 1.6 million square feet leased during the quarter and successful leasing at its new Chennai assets. Revenue from operations also saw a substantial 29.8% rise to ₹1,010 crore. The REIT maintained a high committed occupancy of 96.1% and declared a distribution of ₹6.67 per unit, a 14.4% increase from the previous year.

Mindspace Business Parks REIT ने Q2 FY27 के लिए शुद्ध परिचालन आय (NOI) में 31.9% साल-दर-साल वृद्धि दर्ज की, जो ₹836 करोड़ रही। यह वृद्धि मजबूत लीजिंग गतिविधि से प्रेरित थी, जिसमें तिमाही के दौरान 1.6 मिलियन वर्ग फुट लीज पर दिया गया और उसके नए चेन्नई एसेट्स पर सफल लीजिंग शामिल है। परिचालन से राजस्व में भी 29.8% की भारी वृद्धि होकर ₹1,010 करोड़ हो गया। REIT ने 96.1% की उच्च प्रतिबद्ध ऑक्यूपेंसी बनाए रखी और ₹6.67 प्रति यूनिट का वितरण घोषित किया, जो पिछले वर्ष की तुलना में 14.4% अधिक है।
