Delhi HC Gives Gandhis 3 Weeks for ED

The Delhi High Court has granted Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi three weeks to respond to a plea filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, representing the ED, argued that the trial court's decision was incorrect. He stated that the respondents have not filed any reply, despite the High Court previously allocating two months for them to do so.

दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने सोनिया गांधी और राहुल गांधी को प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ED) की याचिका पर जवाब देने के लिए तीन हफ़्ते का समय दिया है। ED की ओर से सॉलिसिटर जनरल तुषार मेहता ने कहा कि निचली अदालत का फ़ैसला ग़लत था। उन्होंने बताया कि प्रतिवादियों ने कोई जवाब दाखिल नहीं किया है, जबकि हाई कोर्ट ने पहले उन्हें दो महीने का वक्त दिया था।
