Bengaluru Plot Owners Shocked by PRR-2 Acquisition Notification

Property owners in south Bengaluru's Kaggalipura are distressed after their plots in approved layouts were notified for acquisition for the Peripheral Ring Road-2 (PRR-2). At least 461 plot owners in two layouts are affected, with their land covering over four acres. They allege the Bangalore Development Authority's compensation offer is only 10% of the current land value. Owners question government approvals and seek denotification, citing investments made after checking layout approval status on BMRDA and Rera websites.

दक्षिण बेंगलुरु के कगलिपुरा में प्रॉपर्टी मालिकों को पेरिफेरल रिंग रोड-2 (पीआरआर-2) के लिए उनके स्वीकृत लेआउट में प्लॉट के अधिग्रहण की सूचना मिलने के बाद परेशानी हो रही है। दो लेआउट में कम से कम 461 प्लॉट मालिक प्रभावित हैं, जिनकी जमीन चार एकड़ से अधिक में फैली हुई है। वे आरोप लगाते हैं कि बेंगलुरु डेवलपमेंट अथॉरिटी का मुआवजा प्रस्ताव जमीन के मौजूदा मूल्य का केवल 10% है। मालिक सरकारी मंजूरियों पर सवाल उठा रहे हैं और लेआउट की मंजूरी की स्थिति BMRDA और Rera वेबसाइटों पर जांचने के बाद किए गए निवेश का हवाला देते हुए डीनोटिफिकेशन की मांग कर रहे हैं।
