Moneyview CEO gets Rs 160 crore incentive

IPO-bound Moneyview paid its MD and CEO Puneet Agarwal a Rs 160 crore one-time performance incentive. This payment, disclosed in the company's red herring prospectus filed with Sebi, reduced its FY26 net profit by approximately Rs 120 crore, impacting over 30% of the profit before exceptional items. Moneyview clarified this incentive was factored into pre-offer net worth and does not affect the IPO's objectives.

मनीव्यू ने अपने एमडी और सीईओ पुनीत अग्रवाल को 160 करोड़ रुपये का एकमुश्त परफॉरमेंस इंसेंटिव दिया है। यह बात कंपनी के सेबी में फाइल किए गए रेड हेरिंग प्रॉस्पेक्टस में बताई गई है। इससे वित्त वर्ष 26 के नेट प्रॉफिट में करीब 120 करोड़ रुपये की कमी आई है। कंपनी ने कहा है कि यह इंसेंटिव IPO के लक्ष्यों को प्रभावित नहीं करेगा।
