Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has connected the state's economic growth to increased women's workforce participation. He highlighted improved law and order, citing initiatives like Mission Shakti and a reduced police response time from 65 minutes to five minutes. Adityanath stated that women's labour force participation has risen from 12% to over 36%, contributing significantly to agriculture, industry, services, and entrepreneurship. This rise is seen as a key factor supporting the state's overall development objectives, including increased GSDP and per capita income.

उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने राज्य के आर्थिक विकास को महिलाओं की कार्यबल में बढ़ती भागीदारी से जोड़ा है। उन्होंने मिशन शक्ति और पुलिस प्रतिक्रिया समय को 65 मिनट से घटाकर पांच मिनट करने जैसी पहलों का हवाला देते हुए कानून व्यवस्था में सुधार पर प्रकाश डाला। आदित्यनाथ ने कहा कि महिलाओं की श्रम बल भागीदारी 12% से बढ़कर 36% से अधिक हो गई है, जो कृषि, उद्योग, सेवाओं और उद्यमिता में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दे रही है। इस वृद्धि को राज्य के समग्र विकास उद्देश्यों, जिसमें GSDP और प्रति व्यक्ति आय में वृद्धि शामिल है, का समर्थन करने वाला एक प्रमुख कारक माना जा रहा है।
