Indiabulls Buys 70% Stake in Fintech Cloud

Indiabulls has agreed to acquire a 70% stake in Fintech Cloud for Rs 1050 crore. The deal values the target company at Rs 1500 crore. Fintech Cloud provides technology solutions for NBFCs, including origination, underwriting, and servicing support. This acquisition will allow Indiabulls to expand its reach within the financial technology sector. The company will also appoint the majority of directors to Fintech Cloud's board following the transaction.

इंडसइंड बैंक ने फिनटेक क्लाउड में 70% हिस्सेदारी 1050 करोड़ रुपये में खरीदने पर सहमति जताई है। इस सौदे में फिनटेक क्लाउड का मूल्यांकन 1500 करोड़ रुपये किया गया है। फिनटेक क्लाउड NBFCs के लिए टेक्नोलॉजी समाधान देती है, जैसे कि लोन देना, अंडरराइटिंग और सर्विसिंग में मदद। इस खरीद से इंडसइंड बैंक फिनटेक सेक्टर में अपनी पहुंच बढ़ाएगा। साथ ही, कंपनी फिनटेक क्लाउड के बोर्ड में ज्यादातर डायरेक्टर नियुक्त करेगी।
