Voters in Hyderabad constituencies like Serilingampally and Kukatpally are finding their names deleted from electoral rolls, often marked as 'dead' or 'permanently shifted' despite living at the same address. Election officials are advising affected voters to re-register using Form 6, a process that has led to about 4.4 lakh such applications. Concerns are rising about potential mass disenfranchisement, with thousands of names removed during the Special Intensive Revision process.

हैदराबाद के सेरिलिंगमपल्ली और कुकटपल्ली जैसे इलाकों के वोटरों को चुनावी सूची से गायब पाया जा रहा है। कई लोगों के नाम 'मृत' या 'स्थायी रूप से स्थानांतरित' के तौर पर काटे गए हैं, जबकि वे उसी पते पर रह रहे हैं। चुनाव अधिकारियों ने प्रभावित वोटरों को फॉर्म 6 भरकर फिर से पंजीकरण कराने की सलाह दी है, जिसके बाद ऐसे करीब 4.4 लाख आवेदन आए हैं। स्पेशल इंटेंसिव रिवीजन प्रक्रिया के दौरान हजारों नाम हटाए जाने से बड़े पैमाने पर वोटरों के मताधिकार छिनने की चिंता बढ़ रही है।
