MP High Court Rules D.El.Ed Mandatory For Primary Teachers

मध्य प्रदेश हाई कोर्ट ने फैसला सुनाया है कि प्राइमरी स्कूल टीचर की नियुक्ति के लिए डिप्लोमा इन एलिमेंट्री एजुकेशन (D.El.Ed) ही ज़रूरी प्रोफेशनल क्वालिफिकेशन है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले के मुताबिक, सिर्फ बैचलर ऑफ एजुकेशन (B.Ed) की डिग्री काफी नहीं है। कोर्ट ने एक ऐसे उम्मीदवार की याचिका खारिज कर दी, जिसे प्राइमरी टीचर के पद के लिए चुना गया था लेकिन D.El.Ed न होने के कारण नियुक्ति नहीं मिली। इस फैसले से प्राइमरी शिक्षकों के लिए तय की गई खास योग्यता की पुष्टि होती है और विशेष ट्रेनिंग के महत्व पर ज़ोर दिया गया है।
