The court stated it lacks territorial jurisdiction, directing the company to approach courts in Maharashtra. The notices allege Vimal Elaichi ads are surrogate promotions for banned Vimal Pan Masala. The FDA had asked actors like Shah Rukh Khan, Ajay Devgn, and Tiger Shroff to prove the products are distinct and to halt promotional campaigns.
