Wife Axes Husband to Death After Heated Argument Over His Drinking Habits

A 30-year-old woman in Jabalpur allegedly killed her husband by striking him with an axe during a domestic dispute on Sunday afternoon. The accused, Sangeeta Singh, reportedly acted out of frustration with her 37-year-old husband Nitin Jaiswal's persistent drinking and frequent quarrels. Police took Sangeeta into custody after Nitin was found dead with severe head and facial injuries. The couple shared a three-year-old son. An axe believed to be the murder weapon was seized by the Gorakhpur police, who have registered a murder case.

जबलपुर में एक 30 साल की महिला ने रविवार दोपहर घरेलू झगड़े के दौरान कथित तौर पर अपने पति की कुल्हाड़ी से वार कर हत्या कर दी। आरोपी संगीता सिंह ने कथित तौर पर अपने 37 वर्षीय पति नितिन जायसवाल की लगातार शराब पीने और बार-बार होने वाली कहासुनी से तंग आकर यह कदम उठाया। नितिन को सिर और चेहरे पर गंभीर चोटों के साथ मृत पाए जाने के बाद पुलिस ने संगीता को हिरासत में ले लिया। इस जोड़े का तीन साल का एक बेटा है। गोरखपुर पुलिस ने हत्या में इस्तेमाल की गई मानी जा रही कुल्हाड़ी को जब्त कर लिया है और हत्या का मामला दर्ज कर लिया है।
