Candidates will engage in a 10-minute conversation with an AI avatar simulating a client, designed to assess their thinking and client-handling skills. This pilot program, targeting business analyst roles in North America, aims to evaluate qualities beyond rehearsed answers and ensure a fairer process. Human assessors will observe the interaction, but the final hiring decision remains with them. If successful, the firm plans to expand this AI round to other roles next year.
