Sabarimala To Get Tirupati-Model Facilities Post-Pilgrimage Season

Kerala Chief Minister V D Satheesan announced that Sabarimala will receive facilities comparable to the Tirupati temple after the current pilgrimage season concludes. This initiative aims to develop the hill shrine into the country's premier pilgrimage centre. Preparations are underway, with directives issued to expedite work at key locations like Sannidhanam and Pamba. Additional measures include expanding resting centres, building a large shed at Nilackal to ease crowding, and establishing twenty-two medical emergency units. The CM also emphasized waste management and sanitation, ensuring a hassle-free experience for devotees.

केरल के मुख्यमंत्री वी डी सतीसन ने घोषणा की है कि मौजूदा तीर्थयात्रा सीजन खत्म होने के बाद सबरीमाला को तिरुपति मंदिर जैसी सुविधाएं मिलेंगी। इस पहल का मकसद इस पहाड़ी मंदिर को देश का प्रमुख तीर्थस्थल बनाना है। तैयारियां चल रही हैं, और सान्निधानम और पम्बा जैसे प्रमुख स्थानों पर काम में तेजी लाने के निर्देश जारी किए गए हैं। अतिरिक्त उपायों में विश्राम स्थलों का विस्तार करना, नीलकक्कल में भीड़ कम करने के लिए एक बड़ा शेड बनाना और बाईस चिकित्सा आपातकालीन इकाइयां स्थापित करना शामिल है। मुख्यमंत्री ने अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन और स्वच्छता पर भी जोर दिया, ताकि श्रद्धालुओं को परेशानी मुक्त अनुभव मिल सके।
