The nation also seeks the withdrawal of anti-dumping duties specifically targeting Bangladeshi jute products and PET film. Furthermore, Bangladesh has urged India to maintain existing tariff preferences even after the country graduates from its least developed country (LDC) status. These requests aim to facilitate smoother trade relations and support Bangladesh's economic growth as it transitions to a developing nation.
