Top Lawyers Singhvi, Salve Clash In Tata Dispute

Singhvi represents Tata Trusts, challenging Tata Sons' decisions and citing governance concerns. Conversely, Salve is defending Tata Sons and its chairman, N Chandrasekaran, advocating for the listing of Tata Sons. Singhvi argues that the Supreme Court's previous ruling, favouring the Trusts, has been overlooked.
