The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) has issued an advisory for Indian seafarers, urging them to assess security risks before accepting jobs in the Black Sea region. This warning follows an incident where the MV AGN Ragnar, with four Indian crew members, was struck by a projectile in Odesa.
