A federal appeals court has revived a jury's finding that the NFL violated antitrust laws with its Sunday Ticket package. The 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals overturned a lower court's dismissal of a $4.7 billion verdict against the league. A fresh trial will now determine the exact damages owed. Subscribers had argued the package was priced too high, discouraging wider subscriptions and protecting broadcast revenue. The NFL had called the damages figure 'nonsensical'.
